Is it just me? I have a sneaking suspicion that this newspaper didn't actually interview this woman, but just wrote out some answers she might have said.

In related news from Nollywood, Mr. Samuel Salifu, National Secretary of the Christian Association of Nigeria, said, "Whatever films you are making, ensure that they have the mind of Christ and actors should learn to dress well." Looks like no nude scenes for miss what's-her-household-name even if she wanted. Do you get the sense that there's a censorship regime in place?
ReplyDeletemaybe not a censorship regime, but certainly an ever-present homage to the christian vengeful god. all of the advice columns are rife with His messages, and assertions that every ill that befalls a person in his life is due to a straying from god.
